Comment by How do you dig for the fragments? I bought the Arch profession but it didn't say if I needed anything else. If wrong tell me what I need please? Comment by Just to contradict here. Dwarf is far less common but Eastern Kingdoms is still your best bet. However the fragments sadly do NOT drop like candy anywhere it seems.
