When you target a guard check if they have a purple buff of "Heavily Perfumed". I used analyzer on the 2 guards at the bank and guards by SW entrance. Crushing the Crown Crystal Song - just below Dalaran blow up the wagon, then kill 5 mobs.

Since he's so short, and standing behind boxes and trees that he blends in with, it helped a lot to have something colorful above his head. Comment by Goddessa39 Snivel is not going to show up like he does in the auction house, bank, and barber shop. He is standing at one place in the middle of the boat docks somewhere about the third or fourth ramp.
He is hidden behind a rocket launcher or whatever the big army carts are for. You talk to him, press a couple buttons, and then move back to finish the quest in front of the bank. On the map, the little yellow question mark was at the entrance to the docks where the mage quarter was ruined, but that must be something bad with WOW's digits because the question mark too was over the little dude you turn the quest into. Comment by Goddessa39 Yeah, he's behind the big tank thing. If you don't, I hope you read about it somewhere because there are many out there, WOW players included, that have tempers. I had a the question mark part way back from the docks and he wasn't there which was very confusing. Must be a bug. Explore Wikis Community Central.

Go to the zeppelin tower on the central bluff in Orgrimmar and question Snivel Rustrocket about the supplies. You mean I've been under the spell of an alchemist all this time? If I ever get my hands on that conniving little goblin, I'll tear him apart!
